Advanced notice required on all orders:
• 24 hours - 30 persons or less
• 48 hours - 30 - 50 persons
• 72 hours - 100 persons or more or for Specialty Trays
Orders must be placed by the end of the business day (4pm) to be eligible for next day delivery. All orders received after 4 pm will not be reviewed until the next business day. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays DO NOT apply toward advance notice requirements.

• Napkins and utensils are included with all orders. Other disposables (plates/cups/etc)
may be provided for an additional charge.
• Set-up is available upon request. Please specify at the time of your order confirmation.

• Substitutions may be made depending upon product availability.
• Sales tax will be applied to all orders unless a tax-exempt form is provided to our office.
• A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all cancellations within 48 hours of delivery dates.
